TIER 2 Semaglutide weekly Injection with (2)Fat Burner Injection Monthly

This is a 12 week program that includes three monthly visits with our board-certified nurse practitioner. A 12 week supply of prescription weight loss medications (must qualify), monthly fat burner injection, one IV HYDRATION, and lab draw.
